Client Support Services

Many of our clients are large enough to have their own training staff and thier own, well planned organizational development initiatives.  Yet, they are still looking for support in the form of tools or expertise in specific areas.  Some of our clients that we have supported include Wal-Mart, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Florida, ING, the municipalities of Lakeland and Gainesville, Florida, and, of course, the US Navy’s Center for Naval Leadership. 

For these clients we offer support services as they work on developing their organizations.  We provide a variety of assessments, including DiSC® behavioral style profiles and other assessments from Inscape Publishing.  We also provide training program packages for these assessments, as well as online training courses.  In some cases we even offer stand-alone training programs.

The DISC Behavioral Styles Model is one of the cornerstones of our approach.  You can view some of the faciliation materials and support tools that we have available for our clients at the Everything DiSC® Website, where you can view sample lesson plans, powerpoint slides, and videos, and how to customize some of these materials. 

We have another line of programs that are complete, stand-alone, ready to go, off-the-shelf programs for those clients who don't want to take the time to customize a program or be bothered with developing a program.  Our iDXready line of products allows for some minor customization, but are ready to go out of the box.  You can view some sample lesson plans, powerpoint slides and video at our iDXready website.
