haven't been satisfied with one-shot training programs, as they just don't make

After reviewing this vast amount of research on what makes the best organizations so successful, we’ve been able to determine that the culture of the organization is what will drive its success. It is all about creating an environment where people want to and can be Personally Responsible, and where employees are highly engaged. That’s not easy, and it won’t be accomplished in a day or two of training. It takes a comprehensive approach to creating leaders in the organization that will create that culture of success. Instead of just focusing on individual performance issues, we take a broader view with a focus on team and specifically organizational performance . Too often just increasing individual performance does not mean that organizational performance will be increased. Therefore, we focus on the organizational performance goals, uncover issues relating to achieving those goals, and then work backwards from there to help individuals understand how they must perform to help the organization achieve its goals and become a High Performing Organization™.
The key to becoming a High Performing Organization™ is establishing Trust throughout the entire organization followed by each and every person in the organization owning their own job and taking Personal Responsibility for the results. We utilize the DiSC® Behavioral Management System™ as a foundational tool to help build this culture of Trust and Personal Responsibility by helping the organization to better understand the People at the Core of the organization. While our programs are highly flexible to meet the needs and the current situation of our clients, most processes are averaging between 6 months to two years in length. But establishing a culture of Trust and creating Personal Responsibility in all members of the organization takes time to achieve.
