Adventures in Attitudes® is the classic, human relations program that's been changing lives for more than twenty years. Using small group interaction, shared personal experiences, individual and group exercises and facilitator-led discussion, participants move through ten high-involvement areas important to developing positive attitudes and life-enhancing skills: Effective Listening, Communication Skills, Attitude Awareness, Dealing with Emotions, Understanding People, Personal Empowerment, Creative Problem Solving, Team Building, Motivation and Reaching Your Potential. 

Experienced by over four million people, worldwide, it's an empowerment strategy for today's downsized, stressed-out workforce.

Time Frame: 2-3 days or it can be delivered over time in 10 half-day modules.

Delivery of this program is highly flexible.  It can be delivered Modularly in 10 half-days or over a period of 3 consecutive days.  If the Modular format is chosen, application exercises and activities will be assigned between modules.  If this program is not utilized with the Management Development Process II: Engaging Performance™ we recommend that the following modules be added:

 

Prior to delivering Adventures in Attitudes®:

²              It’s All About Style half-day to one day program (using the DiSC Classic Profile from Module 1 of the Management Development Process II: Engaging Performance™).

²              The Four Key Relationship Resources half-day to one day program (using the Coping and Stress Profile® from Module 4 of the MDP II™).

After delivering Adventures in Attitudes®:

²             Mastering Time Your Way half-day to one day program (using the Time Mastery Profile® from Module 4 of the MDP II™).
